We’ve recently had a replacement roof for our property and we used New Roofs Ltd after they answered our enquiry through a trusted trader search. We’d previously had a few quotes but hadn’t found a company we were happy to use due to excessive quotes or overzealous sales patter. Pat from New Roofs Ltd called round. He assessed the job and provided a competitive quote within a couple of days. He then called round with sample tiles answered all our questions, made suggestions and told us exactly how the job would work/how lomg it would take etc. We liked his no nonsense approach and trusted him. We agreed a start date. The work is now conmplete and we are delighted with the new roof. There were no issues and the work was completed to a very high standard. It looks fantastic and is in keeping with the property. The workmanship is excellent and I will be recommending Pat and his team to anyone that needs a new roof or associated work.
