After an initial knock at the door by a friendly young chap called Adam we were hesitant to allow somebody to come round to the house and leave us a price for all of my windows to be replaced, we were aware they needed doing but we never usually buy from door to door salesmen. But now we are very thankful that we gave this company our business from the start they were polite and friendly and they communicated throughout i even had to postpone installation due to family matters, they were very understanding and even brought a bunch of flowers after installation. Jordan and his labourer worked fast and efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company as their work was completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price, would definitely use this company again in the future as i thought they were BRILLIANT. Thank you.
Just had a composite door and 3 windows fitted this week, Jordan the fitter was second to none, he turned up at 8.30 Monday morning with his labourer they worked none stop and was very efficient, cleaning as they went along. Great set of lads, couldn't be happier wit the work. just make sure you have plenty of tea bags though, all joking aside thank you very much i will definitely recommend you. Great company, great price, fantastic job
I have had two major jobs done by this company, the lads who did the actual work were cheerful and friendly, and at the time you couldn't fault their workmanship. However, when things started to go wrong the company itself don't want to know. I have been trying to resolve the problems since last October, it's quite apparent that after they've taken your money, they do not want to know. Disgruntled customer.
Use at your peril! they changed the install date 3 times, in a month! So then I lost three days of work, as they didn't turn up on date given, with terrible excuses given, which were all absolute whoppers (confirmed by the fitter). Fitter finally turned up two days later, did an hour and disappeared, came back day after and finished. The office staff have horrendous attitude, no customer service skills, speak to you like they think your an idiot when you finally get through to someone. They never return calls. Seriously there is not enough space here to repeat half the farcical conversations I've had with these people. Not to mention the downright lies they've told me and other clients. Then to add insult to injury they ring begging for the fee before the fitter had even finished the job. then rang the poor bloke, arguing on the phone with fitter on my roof, i heard it all from the kitchen, sounds like he was as fed up with them as i was! He was taking calls all day from other disgruntled customers and the office, all rather loudly on my roof! To be fair the roof looks great but i just wouldn't recommend due to all the hassle in trying to get them here to do the job. The guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on as no doubt by this time next year they'll have gone bust with all this hassle they create for customers. Just found out they have done this to umpteen other customers, one being my cousin who they never even turned up to, to build a porch, then had the cheek to knock on her door months later and ask for a nice review for the porch they didn't even end up building ....they don't know their arse from their elbow ! Ridiculous! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Had gutters and soffits replaced by Safeseal, Bury last October and were initially pleased with the finished job, although their sales technique leaves much to be desired - rather like the old pressure methods which are now illegal I've since been led to believe? The fitters were great, wasted no time at all on the job and cleaned up behind themselves. The job survived last winter but when the heavy rains came in October this year the guttering at the back started to leak noticeably, (we'd ignored the mini leaks over the summer), seemingly from the joints, so I phoned and was promised someone would contact me with a view to coming out. This went on for several weeks and no-one contacted me or appeared, and eventually other issues became more important and gutters and soffits were put on the back burner, although we were reminded of the issue each time we stepped out of the dining-room patio doors after it had rained!! In recent winds. however, the cap on the gable end came loose so I phoned again last week to be told someone would come out on Friday. Of course they didn't so just phoned again - person I spoke to said they couldn't get into computer system but took my details and is supposedly going to phone when system is back up and he can find out what's happening. I think I know the answer to that one - nothing!! (unless I'm being unduly pessimistic) Don't know where we go from here as need guttering and end cap repaired and although the work did carry a 10 year guarantee our experience with the company leads us to believe that's not even worth the paper it's written on, and that we're going to have to fund the repairs ourselves. Think Trading Standards should maybe be the next port of call.
