We had Prestige Midlands come round earlier last month to offer a free no obligation estimate on my main roof (Which really needed doing) We accepted there offer to have a quote and they was a lot cheaper then everyone else in the surrounding area. From start to finish this company was nothing but professional and we are very happy that we chose Prestige to complete our re-roof Would 100% Recommend for any home improvements in which people are looking to have done Very impressed and very happy with our new roof

I can't remember how this company got my details... I think they must have been canvassing the area. We had a guy come round and give us a quote, but he was more interested in bad mouthing the neighbours building work and talking about TVs. A year or so later, they will not stop calling me! I was called out of the blue last Tuesday, and arranged for a new quote to be given the following evening at 6pm. I was called at 8am, 9am, 10am, 2pm, 3pm on that day, and then no one turned up. They then phoned again the following day at 8am, 8.20am, 8.40am, and up until today, a week later, I've had 30 phone calls from different numbers, private numbers, mobile phones, several times a day. I've blocked the numbers, but today I also sent them a message, which was pretty much immediately answered, to ask them to please stop calling me. They said I would be taken off the system, but an hour later I got another phone call!! And out of the 6 voicemail messages I've been left, one was left today confirming my appointment for tomorrow! I haven't made an appointment for tomorrow, the guy said last Wednesday and then never showed up. So do not under any circumstances give this company your details. They will harass you to the ends of the earth.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Prestige Midlands for all the work in which you have completed. We are very impressed with our oak coloured fascias/soffits and guttering and would recommend to anyone else looking to have home improvements! From start to finish this company has been nothing other then professional

After they failed to attend appointments, then an extortionate quote in 2018 I decided not to go ahead and I asked to be removed from their "let's keep calling people" list. Since then I have received 4 calls and 4 times I have asked to be removed only to continue to be called. Unless you are lonely and need someone to speak to I wouldn't even bother getting a quote, unless you want to be called at regular intervals even when they have expressly been told not to.
