Quoted us for a gutter job after site visit, we accepted then he subsequently tried to increase quote. He then installed an unapproved feature and charged us for it. Left site unfinished. Cable on wall left unattached/ hanging from building. Left heavy bag of material. Did not return despite chasing. Chased frequently with slow or no response. The job on fascia board and guttering front and rear of property, and the re-point on side wall however look good. Comes across as likeable but unprofessional, from quote to communication and execution of job.
