With the world so awash with cowboy tradesmen who either don't know what they're doing or can't be bothered to do it properly, Steve is refreshingly professional, thorough and knowledgeable, with incredible attention to detail. Having learnt some painful lessons regarding the extension to my roof from the original builders, I would never use anyone else for roofing! Incredibly quick, responsive and helpful as well to initial queries.

He honestly declared that there wasn't a major problem and advise what I could do myself to alleviate the problem.. Incredibly honest and fair service.. Steven has been incredibly helpful with two recent flat roof problems, first helping us identify and resolve issues to obtain council building control sign-off on a kitchen extension (after we were left in the lurch by an earlier building contractor), and then advising us about insulation on another roof. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. On both occasions he was initially able to work from our photos, and from them he made commentary videos talking through the problems and potential solutions, and he put in considerable time and effort even though the first job was ultimately quite small, and the second didn't actually result in paid work. On this latter occasion, when he provided excellent advice that has radically reduced heat loss from a bedroom with a flat roof, he just suggested we could make a donation to a charity of his choice, which we were happy to do.
