Arranged to come out to look at repair and give a quote. Never turned up for appointment. No phone call to apologise or explain. Wasted time waiting for them. Very disappointed.

We were incredibly impressed with Walter and his team at 1st Call Roofing! What started out as a relatively large job, turned into a frustratingly complex piece of work. Walter went above and beyond at each step, even meeting with our neighbours on a Sunday evening to resolve a conflicting issue. The team were courteous and friendly throughout and managed to put up with the never ending questions our three year old threw at them. We're really happy with the end result of our roof, so much so that we wouldn't trust anyone else with our future roofing jobs. We just hope Walter isn't too put off to come back!
