Poor Service, company fitted roof light and leaked twice and company refused to do the making good so had to bear the cost.

very poor experience, as the project was not very big (24k) project manager didnt even bother to come even once on site to discuss what we should expect. At the end measurement was not done properly and we received items which we are not happy about. Product itself is fine just customer care is very bad....not to recommend.

Installed a roof glazing vision to access my terrace in 2015 and had to replace the battery 2 times since then, each time charged £400-£500 for a job the glazing vision engineer completed in 12 minutes. The product has a poor design battery system which should not require replacement with this frequency, and the company unfortunately makes an unjustified profit on such shortfall.
