It’s not often that I bother to leave a review for a business. Quite frankly, these days I don’t often find the level of service provided to be worthy of endorsement and praise. But Premier Roofing of Cabot, AR is truly an exception. As with many other homes in this area, hail damage created a need for a total roof replacement on both my house and my guest house. When I began my research to find a reputable and well-established roofing company in this area, I was surprised to find many negative reviews, which concerned me. But when I came to Premier Roofing, all I found were positive and complimentary reviews. So, I contacted them and am certainly glad I did. Keith and his crew proved themselves to be professional, courteous, helpful, thoughtful, and skilled at their jobs. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the finished job was excellent. Premier Roofing made replacing our roof stress free. They came out and we received an estimate within 24 hours of inquiring. They were able to replace our roof within a few days.The workers were on time, friendly, and really took the time to clean up everything. Keith was awesome to work with and really cares about his company.

Keith was amazing. Regular status reports on manufacturing with photographs. Best customer service I’ve experienced. Most importantly, Premier Roofing was able to correct a problem that has lingered for much too long with several other expert roofing companies. These guys are simply the best! Fast and friendly service!!! The recent storm blew several shingles off my roof. I called premier roofing the next day and they sent someone out to take a look and give a quote. I approved the quote and they had the repair done the next day! Highly recommend!!!
