They windows look good on the house and seem like good quality windows. The crew that did the work was very unprofessional. They left numerous messes in the yard and flower beds. It's been 3 months later and I am still picking up nails that's at least 6" long. One crew member left chewing tobacco in the yard that I had to clean up. I am still missing a tape measure that they accidentally picked up and never returned. They were polite while they were here but they didn't live up to what the salesman lead me to believe. I also heard this was the second job in a row there had been issues. I hope they improve their quality of work. Be cautious about using them if you want good quality work for a high price.

Professionalism was outstanding from the sales guy to the install crew. They were great. I’d use them every time. Windows look awesome!

Alot of spam calls at all hours. All of the 5 star reviews come from a "Google user", not a verified Local Guide or user, most likely paid reviews as the reviews repeat themselves and use the same language over and over. Not sure where they got my phone number, but they claim I had called them first, yet they didnt have my address in the system, just my name and phone number. Very suspicious.

Telephone solicitation is the lowest form of advertising. It’s the 21st century now, try advertising on social media or radio and STOP pestering people with unsolicited calls! FYI every time you call someone on the FCC Do Not Call List you risk a $10,000 fine per occurrence. Good luck with that. I filed my afadavit already.

While their product is decent, it's a bit over priced. Their phone dialing system is quite dated and constantly harasses people by redialing them even after they have asked to be put on the no calling list. It gets quite annoying to be called FOUR times in one week, twice particularly at 8:45 pm after your children are in bed.
