Great service! This is the second time we have used Statewide. Both times they provided incredible service. Last year they repaired our upstairs apartment due to a flood caused by burst pipes. Sam and his crew were amazing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. From the demolition crew, moving crew, repairs, moving back in, and cleaning everything...they went above and beyond. This month we had roof damage and skylight leaks from all the rain. James and Victor were incredible at making all of the necessary indoor repairs. Bruce, the owner, installed the skylight (not many owners will get hands-on to repair/replace something so this impressed me very much!). The roofers did a great job and left not even one nail behind. I will highly recommend Statewide and will definitely use them again if another issue arises.

The ONLY thing this company has going for them in my opinion is an AWESOME contractor named Mike. He cares about his work and it shows! He talks you through the whole process from his point of view and allows you to ask questions. He keeps you informed on the progress of the project and gives timeframes. He was super easy to work with. He really was the BEST contractor I've ever worked with! Loved him! :) Horrific experience from beginning to end regarding the office business side of things. Bruce is disrespectful and rude! He cuts you off as you attempt to ask questions and he is unable to explain charges and additional fees. As a result he gets angry at the customer and frequently raises his voice. However, he will make frequent trips to your home awaiting the arrival of the insurance checks. Other than that he is hard to reach by phone UNLESS it involves money. He's one of the owners but could definitely benefit from some customer service trainings & seminars. I would NEVER do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the privilege of working with Bruce, James and Sam on the restoration of my kitchen. Through each step, I was kept informed and the staff did not rush the workers to get the job completed. They took their time and made sure everything was up to my standards. When the kitchen was complete, I felt I now had the kitchen of my dreams. Sam and his son did most of the work and ensured me if anything didn't meet with my expectations, they would make it right. That was something I did not have to worry about because it was done perfect the first time. I will recommend Statewide Restoration to anyone who needs some work done. Thanks again Sam for a job well done!

They treat there customers bad. There employees worse. They are all racist. Only intrested in the money.they ignore custoomers phone calls. I have seen it for myself
