Very quick to respond and workers are clean and knowledgeable. They keep you updated even if they have to reschedule due to unforeseen situations. All around great company.

I've used CRBR for my college apartment but also for when my folks had water damage in our vacation rental out in almanor. These guys go above and beyond to help you out every step of the way. Not only that, but they will also deal with your insurance company so that you don't have to! It's so nice to have a company that sends a reliable estimator out immediately and a crew that is able to fix your home right up. Cleanrite came out to clean the carpets in my entire home, just because it had been awhile. The young man did a fantastic job! He was professional in appearance and knew what he was doing. I came home to very thouroughly cleaned carpets beyond my expectations! I will certainly be using them again!

No one around beats CRBR. We use the Chico branch pretty regularly to help out with regular carpet cleanings so when our vacation home up in Shasta had some water damage - we knew exactly who to call. Luckily cleanrite has an office up in redding so they were able to get it taken care of quickly, efficiently and professionally. They even tested for mold and asbestos - we were in the clear, but it's so nice to know the company and insurance folks take care of their own. Thank you so much for all your help.
