Rating them a 2 because of the 5 roofing companies that I called, they were the only company to even return my call. Needed an estimate for a roof leak were were experiencing. A nice gentleman came out 2 weeks ago, took a look around inside and outside our home and after about 15 minutes, he just left. Didn't say he was leaving and would be in contact or anything and we've not heard anything from them since.
