Shane, the estimator, arrived on time and explained exactly what needed to be done to give us the desired lighting. Adam was professional and quick with the skylight installation. The office sent a link on my computer so I could easily make a payment using my credit card. The entire process was so smooth and we love the new look! Definitely would recommend this company!

After finally convincing my husband of getting a skylight in our bathroom we called around to a couple contractors we finally came across clearvue skylights. When they came out for the estimate the gentleman was very polite, professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The installation went very smooth and they cleaned everything up nicely I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Great company to do business with! Shane was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out exactly what was best for what i wanted. The installer Andrew did an amazing job also. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for skylights.

I called this company on July 10th and spoke with Debbie about getting an estimate for (7) skylights for my home. I was initially told I am right outside of their service area. After I explained to her about my first call to this company she was eager to work with me. She proceeded to tell me that their main sales rep Shane was on vacation until July 17th but she will have him call me when he returns on July 17th...I said that will be his first day back, are you sure he will have time to call? Her response was yes. I delayed calling anyone else for an estimate based on the conversation we had and her sharing how experienced and knowledgeable Shane was. She informed me that he can most likely talk to me over the phone but in case that is not productive she would set up an appointment for Aug 2nd. Let's jump to July 17th, NO CALL! I suspected this would happen so I waited until July 18th...NO CALL!! I called and asked to speak to Debbie but was told she was "in a meeting"...I proceeded to explain to Caroline my disappointment with not receiving a call and she responds, "so do you still want your appointment on Aug 2nd?" I'm sure you can guess my response...I shared with Caroline a very important message "COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!" If you remember anything from this conversation, remember that... It's unfortunate they have lost a sale based on their lack of communication skills.
