Pettiecord Restoration went above and beyond what we were expecting through the process of re-roofing our home. Tim explained the process and terminology logically, and he upgraded our shingles to 50 year instead of 25 year. He arranged for a painter to come to our home, he contact a company to help us with new garage doors, and he also replaced the gutters and downspouts. I would not hesitate to recommend Pettiecord Restoration to anyone and I would work with Tim again in a second.

Had a roof leak Tim and his crew worked me immediately the day I called. They patched the roof so I wouldn't have any more leaks until they could get parts needed to repair due to the size being discontinued and could not find the original roofer to be assured we had the correct color and type of shingle. Tim knew everything about color and type to get what we needed and all was finished up the next day and it was even a Saturday. Much appreciated their knowledge and able to find the leak Leak free!!!! Loving it !! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Pettiecord Restoration replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts on our two story home. Being the first time I'd went through having a roof replaced, I was anxious about the process. Tim made the whole experience so EASY! He was great about explaining every aspect, was patient with questions, and communicated consistently before, during and after the job was done. His crew completed it all in ONE DAY! They arrived exactly when they said they would (7 AM) and finished at 5:30 that day. They cleaned up so well that I wouldn't even have known they were there. Also, Tim was on site several times throughout the day. This company is the real deal. Very professional and competent. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the end result--the roof looks beautiful!

Tim Pettiecord was great to work with. He responded promptly to all inquires and questions (in-person and over the phone), even on the weekend during busy storm season. He got his crews out quickly who went above and beyond on the exterior of our home. His crew came out and talked through all of the options, colors, etc. and then were back within 30 minutes working on the home. The work completed looks great. I hope I don’t have home issues in the future, but if I do, Pettiecord will be first call. You’ll be missing out on great, trustworthy service and people who stand by and take pride in their work if you choose somebody else. Thank you Tim!

I had such an amazing experience with this company! Tim was incredibly nice and took his time to come out to the house to explain what was going on beforehand. He went above and beyond what I expected when getting a new roof. He upgraded almost everything at no expense. I hope that I don’t ever need a new roof, but if I do there is no doubt that I will be going through this company again! From estimate to completion was only a couple days and Tim kept me informed the entire time.
