We paid over $10,000 in cash on the day of completion. 2 months later we got a call from Rocky Mountain Exteriors saying we will be getting a letter from a lawyer about an unpaid bill for materials and to just ignore it. We ignored it and today we received a certified letter from another lawyer saying they put a lien on our house due to the unpaid invoice. Rocky Mountain Exteriors says it is fine and all taken care of and cant seem to get a hold of anyone at either lawyers offices. They did a good job on the roof but really pretty scared about what is going to happen to my home and my credit.
Poor Customer Service is an understatement not a local company, has a an office in Twin Falls to do sales quotes is all. Company refused to work with me cause i was getting financing threw my mortgage. refused to go threw a federal back ground check with the mortgage company, ( trying to hide shade business practices?), The Secretary Amy, yelled at my wife on the phone. cause non of this was never noted in the bid, which is a lie. They also denied working on my house because their bid is to low and not worth their time. STAY AWAY From them.
Amy is a very rude person with a capital B! If you ask to speak with them in person, they will refuse to let you in their office, if you can find it. She yells at you while on the phone, then hangs up on you, for trying to work with them. They will refuse to do your roof if it is under a certain amount. They don't care about their customers or potential customers.
We had our roof replaced, and now have a lien on our property due to unpaid bills on behalf of RME.
