I’ve worked as a maintenance engineer at a couple building here in peoria and there is not another company I would call to fix my buildings roof.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to have an estimate on roof repair and they stated the charge was $250. Absolutely ridiculous! I said this isn't for a house inspection this is just to repair a roof. She said that's what we charge. I will not be giving my business to this company! Update I received a call and said that I was given incorrect information. That it is actually $80 as I am paying for the technicians years of experience. While that is much better than $250 I am going with someone else. I have increased from 1 to 4 stars due to the amazing response time from the company.

After the hailstorm in November, I contacted my insurance company regarding possible hail damage to our roof. They referred me to three roofing companies for an estimate of damage. Kreiling was the first one I called. I was informed there would be an $80 charge for the inspection. Our roof was inspected within three days. I was told that we had significant damage (6 on a scale of 1-10). Subsequently, we had inspections done by two other roofing companies an independent adjuster dispatched by our insurance company. None of the other companies charged for the inspection and all three said we had no roofing damage. I feel like we spent $80 for inaccurate information. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earlier this year of 2017 (I think it was sometime in April or May), the president of Kreiling called me to discuss my concerns regarding my initial review found above. I complained about $80 charge. He explained that they charge for the inspection because of the "many wild goose chases they encounter". My reply was that none of the other roofing companies charged a fee. He asked me what they could do and I suggested a refund of the $80. He said he would consider it and let me know. I also questioned why his inspector found "significant damage" and the other three inspectors found very little damage. He asked if he could personally inspect our roof and provide us with a report of his findings. I agreed to let him do that as long as we were not charged. It is now mid-September and I have heard nothing regarding the refund NOR the re-inspection.
