Alpha and Omega Construction did a fabulous job on my new roof. It is beautiful! My house is 113 yrs old and the roof is very high and steep with several valleys, gable ends and odd angles. They stripped off 2 layers of old roof, did some repairs and put the new shingles on in 2 days. Amazing!!! We are very pleased!
My wife and I knew we were in need of a new roof, so we began scheduling meetings with various contractors for estimates. The first two estimates came in at just under $10,000. We had seen Alpha and Omega yard signs in our area, so we decided to get one more estimate from them before making a decision on a contractor. And I’m glad we did! The contractor from Alpha and Omega was very thorough and found that we had some pretty extensive hail damage. No other contractor had called this to our attention. It was Alpha and Omega’s recommendation that we involve our homeowners insurance. We ended up filing a claim which was 100% approved by our insurance. Not only was Alpha and Omega’s estimate more competitive, but I ended up only paying my insurance deductible for a new roof! On top of cost savings, they had me scheduled within a couple of days and installed my new roof in less than a day. I would recommend you give these guys a call if you’re looking for a new roof.
Quick service and the crew stayed busy the whole time we were there.
Hired Alpha and Omega for a for roofing job that was over $20,000. They installed valleys incorrectly, a rain within 24 hours of their work leaked and ruined interior drywall and paint, Pergo laminate flooring and ran water all the way to the basement of our home. This was on a Friday night, they would not return phone calls until Monday. Had the general contractor who put us in contact with them bring a crew on Saturday and make an emergency weather proofing attempt for the rain coming that night. The contractor could not reach them by phone and sent texts to their lead salesman telling them to get here and fix their mistakes immediately or there would be major damage to the house because of their negligence. Alpha and Omega then sent pictures of themselves “via text” to the contractor with a print out of his text messages posing with and laughing at it. They never showed back up to repair or complete my roof. You should think very seriously before hiring a company with such a slick marketing system.
Clayton came out and gave me awesome information when he inspected my roof. I called my claims adjuster to confirm prior damage. Very professional and knows his stuff. Thanks so much
