Cardinal Catastrophe was extremely professional and does great work. When I had hail damage on my roof in 2018 Angela and her team made the experience worry free. I would recommend them for all my projects.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Cardinal Catastrophe! We’ve waited eight months for our roof to be fixed. Our “project manager “ has been shady, evasive, and horribly unprofessional! Not only was he rude to my husband and I but, was so rude that our State Farm agent said he was the worst representative of a company that she’s ever had the misfortune of working with in all the years she been an agent. She asked for his superior supervisors number and he refused. I would recommend using a more professional company for your roofing needs.

Cardinal catastrophe took care of my entire claim process with the insurance company. They made what would have been a very expensive disaster for me into a fully covered project. Extremely thankful for Quinten's assistance in this. The work was excellent and timely. Highly recommend the Cardinal team.

We had our new windows, roof and gutters put on a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be more pleased! Sue M., the representative from Cardinal Catastrophe Services that worked with us, explained everything to me so that I understood what was going to happen, and the steps that were being taken to achieve the great work that has been done. My insurance company was being very difficult when it came to my roof. The 1st adjuster that came out denied my claim and wanted me to have just a few shingles replaced on my roof. Sue refused to give up and argued back and forth with the insurance company until they finally agreed that my roof was no where near in as good of shape as the 1st adjuster said. Once all the specifics were dealt with and the work started, it was done in no time! The companies that Cardinal Catastrophe Services used did amazing work. The workers were very nice, they knew what they were doing, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. The roof makes our house look sooo much better... Would definitely recommend!

These guys did a fantastic job replacing our roof! After trying to use another company without any response, we were referred to Quinten from Cardinal Catastrophe by a relative. He did a phenomenal job of keeping in touch with us from beginning to end and worked very well with the insurance company. Highly recommend!
