The windows we bought look nice but are not energy efficient like promised. There is cold air coming in from all around every window through every seam. I am so disappointed with their performance. They are not what we are told they would be. If you are considering the vertical sliding windows, they do let in water during big storms. A terrible product for the price paid.

Great experience with this company. They took the time to educate me on the product and custom fit my home with beautiful windows at a very fair price. Had 1 issue and the owner personally came out and rectified it. More companies should be so easy to deal with.

I had absolutely no problems with Tri Star. They did an excellent job on replacing all our home windows and my husband and I are extremely happy with them!
