I tried scheduling an estimate for a repair and at first, the team at Advanced Home Improvements seemed to be on top of it. They were very friendly on the phone and got me scheduled quickly. That said, they no-show, no-called for an appointment not once, not twice, but three separate times. I would not recommend them. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

I hired these guys to replace a section of white fascia that was missing and a section of gutter. The guy who came out to quote the job said all the fascia on the side of the house would need to be replaced so the color would match. When the crew came out they only replaced the missing section creating different tones of white between the replaced section and existing. When the guy came back for final payment and was asked why the whole section was not done, the story changed and denies saying the whole side would be replaced. When I need to get my roof replaced next year, I'll look elsewhere.

The entire Advanced Home Improvements team is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked directly with my insurance to completely replace the roofing and siding of my home. The roofing and siding teams arrived at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to setup and talk to us about what the process for the day will be. The teams were quick and professional, and did a good job to ensure there was no debris or nails left in our lawn. The office team was very responsive anytime I called with questions or wanted additional details. The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally, and I was constantly updated with how the project was progressing and also if there were any delays. From those in the office to those who completed the repairs, the entire Advanced Home Improvements team was a pleasure to work with.

I purchased my home about two years ago knowing I was eventually going to replace the roof, siding, gutters, etc. I was very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism of Steve Graf who came out to my home to do the initial quote. I had previously been quoted a price from Home Depot and was just on the fence if I was going to use them for the job. At the end of the day my decision was based on the excellent customer service that I received from Steve, he answered all of my questions and assured me that I would be 100% satisfied with the home at the end of the project. I watched my home be transformed from something that was dated and ugly into the best looking house on the block. I couldn't be happier with the colors and how much nicer it looks. I met so many neighbors who thanked me for having the home updated. I had no idea that so many shared my dislike for the home in its previous state. The whole project was explained to me in detail and as we went through the process I knew I didn't have to worry. Advanced Home Improvements is a company that believes in assuring the needs of the customer are met. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to go with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their home or just to have some small updates done. I have nothing but confidence in them.
