I could not be happier than the way my claim was handled revived exteriors ! they were totally professional they really went to bat for me with State Farm who didn’t want to pay out much of a claim . After they went back and forth The payout from State Farm jumped up from $4000 approximately, To State Farm paying over $25,000!!! got the vast majority of it covered when I didn’t think it would be !!!! when it came to doing the work they were super professional did a very quick and efficient job cleaned up well everything was done as promised no hidden fees. These were professionals and just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends Or anyone else that needs some insurance work handled I couldn’t be more complementary to them they did an absolutely fantastic job very very satisfied . Bob Earl explained everything to make it very clear and easy to understand. He had also handled the entire insurance claim process for me to get everything approved. We went through all the options together, Bob had shown me different homes in the area to help pick out the right color, I had taken his recommendation and it looks wonderful, and have gotten many complements on the final outcome. Everyone I had spoken to was great to work with, from Tina and Monica at the office, to Tom and the installers. We had a leakage from our bathroom ceiling fan during a massive rain. They we’re very prompt and thoroughly addressed and resolved the issue before another flash flood came. No more leaks!
