M&M has excellent customer service. They are professional, personable, and honest. I thought I needed a new roof because I found a few shingles on the lawn. After the free inspection, he took photos of my roof to share with me, which showed that I only needed to replace a few shingles, not an entire roof. Additionally, the photos showed that we were missing a chimney cap. Even though they don't install chimney caps, it was helpful to know that we needed to get one installed. I was very satisfied from my initial call for service, the free estimate, the efficiency of their workers, and the follow up after the work was completed. I highly recommend them for a roofing repair job.

Their attention to detail was impressive. From the first estimate appointment to the completion of the job, everything was completed on time and above my expectations. The workers were courteous and moved my planters to avoid damage - and I didn't have to ask them to do it! A few days after completion, the superintendent came over to ask about the job, and climbed on the garage roof to see for himself. Workers left the site as clean (or cleaner) than when they started.

M&M was wonderful. Had roof, siding and front door done first. The front door is beautiful very high quality. I was very happy with the whole experience.
