Mike Schroeder Full Service Roofing guys are on top of their business. I had a new roof installed by them in 2016. Unfortunately, on a Saturday morning I had a small leak develop after all the rain this spring. One nail had come lose along the top (ridge cap I believe its called). I called the business office number and as you would expect no one was available on a Sat morning. There was however a message saying "if this is an emergency' call the following number. Within 10 minutes I had a text msg from co-owner John that informed me help would be on the way shortly. A young man, Wit, came to my home within an hour and fifteen minutes. He immediately found the problem by climbing on the roof (two story steep pitch) and resolved the issue. Over the next week we had more than two inches of rain. We had no further evidence of leakage so I am very confident Wit solved the problem. Later that day I got a call from Kevin Phillips, co-owner, double checking to see if everything was okay. My sincere gratitude to these fine gentlemen at Full Service Roofing.
