AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SAKE Our roof is leaking and My pros is giving every excuse under the sun refusing to fix the issue. We gave Joe an entire week to get out to our house to even just look at the issue and he still has not even showed up. They ARE EVEN USING OUR HOUSE FOR ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! What they are not advertising however is the thousands of dollars of damage we have to our living room and basement that they are refusing to fix or warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I can almost guarantee they will not be in business long enough to execute a warranty claim and from our experience even though they are still in business, they will not stand behind their warranty. You have a chance to fix this Joe. Make it right. -YES JOE IT WAS AN ICE DAM, we both agree on that. Where the issue lies is the fact that we paid you and your company to redesign this section of roof to eliminate this issue. Also you and I both know that this roof leaked in the same exact location in July and we expressed our concerns and told you we would have this exact problem. Your salesman assured us we had a "25 year warranty" stating that "we would be covered even if we had an issue, including interior damage". How do you explain why our roof leaking in July? Was that an Ice dam? Your company is a scam Joe and we intend to warn everyone possible about you so they do not have the same issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID AT ALL COST, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! We hired my pros to come out and roof our house in June of 2018. The salesman gave me a quote over the phone without ever coming down to our house (roofing companies use arial software to measure the size of roofs and quote jobs quickly without having to set foot on site). I explained to the salesman that this would not work and that I needed him to come down to my house so I could show him a section of my roof that we needed redesigned. Our salesman, Craig Redding, agreed and met me at our house where we both climbed up on the roof showing him the area that needed to be pitched away from our chimney. We spent about a half hour on the roof, Craig snapped about 50 photos and he wrote up the contract to "rebuild saddle, make chimney water tight". (contract is below for all to see) June came and my pros finished our roof, however they simply just shingled right over the existing design. I called Craig and questioned him on this and he informed me they "put a membrane down" stating that this was a better way to do it and that even if it leaks "you have a 25 year warranty on material and craftsmanship". Fast forward one week to July 5th, the first rain we received after completion and like clock work, the chimney and roof leaked (those text messages are below for everyone to read and see for themselves). Craig came out with a roofer and they calked around my chimney....Calk... Craig again assured me we were covered and stated they had just made a simple mistake with the dry in and bla bla. Now here we are, in March, we had our house sold and during the final walk through the roof had leaked, in the exact spot we had issues before and told my pros we would have issues again. Joe Mets is doing everything he can now to avoid fixing the issue. You claim this was an ice dam that caused this Joe but how do you explain the issue we had in July? Please tell me it was an ice dam... Also even if the ice dam did cause the leak, WE PAID YOU TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND REDESIGN THIS SECTION. I specifically had your salesman drive to my house, we discussed this in detail. We would not have ice dams here had you executed the original plan as quoted and wrote in the contract. On a side note, you billed me for permits when none were ever pulled. I questioned Craig specifically and told him I wanted permits and inspections on this. You wrote into the contract that permits were pulled. Yes permits are not issued in Ogle county IL for roofing(which I now know after trying to find the permits you lied about pulling), however you should have known this, you're a professional roofer for crying out loud. Either way you should not have told me you were pulling permits and doing inspections when you weren't. You shouldn't have wrote this into the estimate and contract if you weren't going to do it. If you had informed me you werent pulling permits(seeing that the opposite was listed on the quote and contract) I would have at least requested an inspection be performed. Also Im a bit confused why you keep telling me Craig was a "sub contractor " for you when you have plastered all over your literature that you are 100% employees "no contracting"? Overall this roofing job has cost us the sale of our house (the buyers were doing the final walk through when they found this leak). The buyers were even willing to continue buying the house, all they requested was that Joe reach out to them and talk them through how he was going to remedy the issue. 3 days of Joe ghosting everyone and the buyers pulled out stating "why would we want to buy a house with a roof issue when the roofer cant even return a simple phone call". Thanks Joe. AVOID THIS COMPANY . You will not get a warranty, they do not stand behind their work and there is MUCH better companies out there with reputations and work they actually stand behind. On a side note, TAKE MY HOUSE OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE JOE . If you aren't going to stand behind your work, you shouldn't be using it as advertising.
