UPDATE - Owner of business called and was much better about setting appointment and making it out for an assessment. ** SLOW SERVICE ** Called today to set an appointment for cedar roof repair/replacement. The employee that answered stated that they can only set appointments for emergency services and for anything else they would take my name and information and "call me in a few days to set an appointment." With many options at just a few keystrokes away I decided a company with that type of work ethic is not best to hire for a major and expensive service. If they take several days just to set an appointment how long would it take to actually get them to do any work? Pass on these guys
