I have been working with this company for over ten years, and have never been disappointed. The office staff and roofing staff are amazing people. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

We had a Prate roofer inspect our leaking roof 3 1/2 weeks ago and are still waiting to receive the quote. I have made several calls to follow up and keep getting told they need to send another person round to complete the quote - yet they never come. This company is clearly not interested in repairing our clay tile roof - their speciality apparently. Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere.

I'm an insurance agent who requested a document from Prate's office team. I appreciate them answering the phone & getting the document right away.

Typical cocky roofing salesman cannot follow simple direction by calling before he shows up in my tenants driveway. After asking why he cannot follow simple directions he told it's not a big deal and he has a shitload of calls to make. Thanks Jon the salesman for your hardwork!

Over my adult years I have contracted with Prate roofing on multiple projects from roofing to siding and gutters. Their knowledge and experience in the industry serve to better inform their clients on options and final results. Their pricing was always competitive, but their customer service is what keeps me going back to them when the need arise. They are a great company and have been a tremendous support to the community at large... highly recommended!
