Fair price, knowledgeable staff, quality crew and materials. Katie was great in the office, and the father/son team of Steve and TJ are one of a kind! Really happy with my choice. There were 2 or 3 other companies I considered but none of them made me feel as comfortable as K&S. Honest and transparent from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend and hire them for future projects. 5 stars!

I called K&S because of their good reviews and proximity to our neighborhood, and it was probably the best decision I've made as a home owner. They were incredibly friendly and professional. The quote was fast and extremely reasonable. Steve is very knowledgeable and he explained the entire process down to every last detail. Our new roof and gutters look incredible. I can't wait until spring so I can work with them again on our siding.

I just bought a house with a 4 year old roof installed by this company. I had 2 home inspections with a minor issue noted. I recently had a leak and received the companies contact information from the prior owner. It took 4 phone calls over 3 days before I received a phone call. I also received a lengthy email from the project manager who was clearly frustrated with the past owner, and I felt it was being transferred to me. It is unfortunate that a company would treat a prospective customer this poorly. I will be contacting another company who hopefully understands how to service customers.

K & S Contracting is an outstanding company! Steve came to give us a quote for a new roof, and thoroughly explained the process and products his company uses, along with the warranties. We appreciated his professionalism, experience, and knowledge, and contracted with him immediately. The team completed the work in one day, ahead of schedule, and left our property spotless! Steve also got a piece of fascia for us, which his team installed. From start to finish, K & S did an exceptional job and we are very happy with our new roof. We give them our highest recommendation.

This company is a gem to work with. First, TJ explained the entire process from start to finish and helped us pick out the best products to fit our needs. Katie worked with us to schedule the job around us and Steve and his crew were courteous, neat and very professional as they worked and completed the job on time. I had this company do both my roof and all of our windows and a patio door. No more leaky windows. He even went above and beyond when he roofed a small wood box in my backyard to match the roof. I would easily have them do work for me any time.
