My new Roof Experience was nowhere near all the BAD stories I had heard from friends and family. Blake was easy to work with and kept me up to date with what was going on with the Insurance and Home Owners Association. The work was completed on time, done with no problems on the Final Inspection by the Home Owners Association. Surrounding area of the home had all the metal garbage cleaned up using a magnetized Pick-Up Rake. Of course, my selection of a roofer was that Blake is a Chicago Cubs fan!

Very positive experience dealing with Blake and his company. I evaluated 9 contractors both big and small for my roofing project and Blake of Vertex Restoration was the most responsive, knowledgeable and professional of all of them. Most importantly their pricing is extremely competitive plus they did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need. Beware of companies offering low-ball price quotes as there is always a hidden catch (e.g. licensing issues, no insurance, BBB complaints etc.). The quality of work by Vetex is top notch, if you do not believe me just call the list of references they are more than willing to provide to confirm what I am saying. If you are going to have anything done to the exterior of your house do not take any chances and take the time to talk to the right contractors. Vertex Restoration should definitely be included on that list.
