I am very happy to put in a good word for Pete and Larry at Rigid Restoration. They did a great job installing our new roof and our house almost looks as good as the day we purchased it. We initially were hesitant to do business with someone that came to our house and knocked on our door but I’m very happy we took them up on their offer of a free roof inspection. We knew that we had a few minor leaks and Pete showed us pictures where we had some storm damage in those areas. The thing that impressed us the most was the hassle free follow up on an continuing problem after the roof was installed. One problem area continued to be a issue after the new roof was finished, and Larry came out immediately to address this. My husband is a plumbing contractor and we know that not all contractors are willing to take care of problems after they have been paid. Not these guys. They spotted the issue and took care of it that same week by adding additional flashing and ice shield that was above and beyond what the building code required. Best of all they didn’t charge us an extra penny. Thanks guys.

Rigid Restoration did a fantastic job replacing my roof this past fall. After examining my house for storm damage and showing me photos of the issues hail caused on my roof, they handled the entire claim from start to finish with minimal work on my part. They met my insurance adjuster on site and spent an hour on the roof with her to point out the problem areas. After the claim was approved, they replaced my roof with a premium Owens-Corning shingle and completed the work in one day. The crew did a great job and they cleaned the job site so well that my wife never even knew they were there. The owner, Larry, fully handled the insurance claim process and handled all the paperwork required by my mortgage company to endorse the proceeds checks. I highly recommend this company for their great work and professionalism.
