****Update ****I can't not believe this. Hurricane Michael came and messed up my roof. I paid this company 8 months ago to replace my roof....its June 2019 and no new roof. Now they say they mailed me a check...that check never got to me. Then they were supposed to send my money back to me via Walmart to Walmart...never happened.... Now I've been told that a cashier's check was on the way via certified mail...guess what....no check yet. I was promised a tracking number and screenshot of the check...never got it. Can't reach anyone on the phone, no one returns phone calls... I've never seen something so bad in my life. This has taught me a very valuable lesson about home repairs covered by insurance checks. Don't give up the check until the work is done. Wow....I see that I'm not the only one....I wish I would have read these post before I gave up my check. That check that was supposed to be sent via certified mail "Has Not" reached me yet...now I find it strange that mail from Alabama to Georgia takes 9 days!!!! Be warned!!!! Don't give them your money... Because once you do...its G.O.N.E!!! As a Disabled Veteran...my group is planning on buying Billboards to warn people!!! They want 10 of them spread throughout Alabama My lawyer is getting my lawsuit together!!!! Don't touch this company with a 100 foot pole!!!

Will at Camko was professional and provided the best quote all around out of the 13 contractors interviewed. He does what he says he will do and is very informative and helpful in the process. His crews are hard working and professional as well. His clean up crew left our yard in better shape than when they arrived. 38 squares removed and install in less than a day and a half. There were add on's in the contract that none of the other contractors suggested or offered without additional cost. Large crew well orchestrated to make the job complete start to finish like well played music. I would recommend his company to anyone wanting the job done right!!!

I highly recommend Camko Roofing. They replaced our roof a few months ago. They did an excellent job. They were able to make the process as easy as possible They used the best materials and our salesman Brandon did a great job of explaining everything and managing the job. Excellent customer service. We have another roof to replace and definitely will use them.

Very frustrating experience....roofer wanted me to sign check received from insurance and be reimbursed for work that would cost less than deductible. We came to agreement and work started. Then we were completely forgotten about because hey, they were paid. I had to reach out several times for shed to be done as this was in scope of work and got no response and had to contact owner. Wait additional week for weather and they finished it. I have yet to receive the rest of what was in original check minus deductible. I've been led around in circles for months that a check is on the way, in the mail, should already be there, and the last response I've gotten is that they are still waiting on check from insurance. I learned a very valuable lesson that day to cash the original check myself and only give what was my portion to pay. A dispute between the roofer and insurance is not a fault of mine and I've been completely caught in the middle. It has been many months since the roof was finished and I'm at a loss, even if it was small. I reached out to owner and he said he would issue a check if we did not hear from insurance in 7 days and would continue to contact insurance and that was November 2018. I have yet to hear anything or get another response. Never again. Never, ever again.
