They did a good job on roofing and clean up was okay. I cleaned up over 100 nails they missed. They had a good price NOT the lowest but middle of road bid. I would have given a higher review but for the fact they took their time to come back out and repair some trim they damaged during removal of old roofing. We felt like being put on back burner, as we got two different stories about coming out to see damages. Someone or both parties lied about talking inner office about troubles with trim. Thank goodness I took pictures as roofing getting done as this showed the trim before and after. They finally finished the job, 3 months after roofing done. The job they did do very nice and we are happy with the end product, just waiting 3 months to do this did not make any sense to us. If you do use them for your roofing or other work, please take pictures of areas they are working on, just in case you have damages that need to be addressed. This helped us to show the damages they had done to trim pieces and get things fixed too.

We would definitely work with Keenan Homes again. We purchased a home that was in dire need of a new roof (we had shingles falling off the house when we moved in). They were able to promptly get us on their schedule and get it done in the most timely matter. They were also able to offer us a different type of roof shingle that mimics the look of a slate roof which we ended up going with - and are very happy with. Patrick was always a pleasure to work with. I never felt rushed when talking with him. He cares about you and the work he does. We hope to get to work with him on future home renovations as the work he does is just beautiful!

Keenan Homes replaced our roof, put in new hardwood floors throughout entire house, and replaced every single window. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. They were timely, professional, priced well and Pat is great and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Keenan Homes replaced the roof this past summer on my 19 year old home. I secured 3 bids for this project. Patrick Keenan came out timely after my call. Throughout the whole process, I always felt comfortable with Pat. He's a good, honest guy and his price was competitive. His crew showed up on time on the work day. This was a tear-off and they were very efficient in getting the old roof off and keeping the ground clean. The new roof was completed in one day. They worked late in the day (around 7:30p) to finish the job. It looks great! Clean-up was immaculate. I have not come across one stray nail. They even brushed off my window sills. I saw them take a ladder to my neighbors roof to grab a piece of the shingle wrapper that blew onto their roof. I couldn't be happier. This is a good company to do business with. Getting my roof replaced by Keenan has been a great experience from start to finish. I already recommended them to a friend at work. She also hired them to replace her roof, and she too is completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
