A&R was very professional throughout the entire roofing process. Formal contracts were clear and understandable. They were able to schedule us fast and finish the entire roof in one day after they worked from sun up to sun down. They put tarp all around the house exterior to catch nails which is something I have never seen done and effective in reducing the number of stray nails found in the area after the roof was completed. The roof looks great.

Albert and Rachel went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We recently moved and the recent rain revealed issues with our gutters. After explaining our dilemma with Rachel she worked to find a time that worked for us. Albert was punctual and immediately determined our gutters are undersized for our home. He also noticed that our gutter guards were clogged which resulted in the gutters needing a cleaning. Knowing more rain was in the forecast he went straight to work. Quick, efficient and the price was unbelievable. Highly recommend A&R to my friends and family.

They responded very quickly after I called them and came the next day. He got on the roof and took pictures of the damage and showed them to me. We agreed on a price and repaired it the next day. We had a different contractor repair the same section last year and had to be replaced because it was not done properly. He removed the repaired section from last year and showed me what mistakes the other contractor had made. He said the nails were not supposed to be on the edge of the shingles but in the middle of shingles and showed me how they were supposed to be placed. He took pictures of roof while he was working on it and pictures after he finished. He used the same shingles we had left over the only difference was I could see last year after the other contractor had replaced shingles I could not tell a difference other than the slight color difference. I could tell he knew what he was doing. I received a call from them a couple of weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with the work and said yes. If we have any more problems we will call them. I highly recommend them.
