Such a great experience! John and his team are everything you could want and more. I am the President of our Townhouse HOA and the thought of replacing all of the roofs of 36 buildings (191 units) was daunting to say the least. John walked me through the property and explained every detail, answering my hundreds of questions with amazing patience. He helped us work directly with our insurance company to get every dime we could due to hail damage and provided every form and piece of evidence required by our insurance team (they loved him). John worked with us to plan the roof replacement in multi-year phases so that we did not have to issue a special assessment and could complete the work under budget. He even worked with us on savings in order to cut 2 full years out of our phased plan allowing us to finish the project under budget and in 5 years vs. the originally planned 7 years. Rogers' team was always professional, very courteous to home owners, kept areas clearly marked, and cleaned the areas before they left each day. I can't say enough about John and the team.
