They keep their word on all aspects of the contract, provided very reasonable pricing and compared to other contractors, they were straightforward throughout the project. Excellent craftsmanship. Chapo went to work on my 100+ year old bungalow. Replacing the roof, new gutters and dormer treatments. The oversized gutter drains work well to carry water away from my foundation and my attic is now much, much cooler than it was before Chapo added additional venting to our roof as part of the process.
