We used Able-Warnecke Roofing in October 2018 for a complete tear-off and replacement on our home. From the time we originally contacted them a year prior when we began considering the project until the time we signed a contract and through completion of the project, we found them to be an excellent contractor to work with. They answered all questions, made adjustments, as necessary, with regard to a few details of the project and were very straight-forward in their answers. Ed did not try to sell us upgrades we didn't need and was willing to do what we wanted but very honest in what was and was not needed and why. We were clearly told when we could expect them on-site and what they needed from us. They arrived as expected, were on time, worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner, left the job site clean at the end of every day and at completion and overall, did a great job. Our roof looks fantastic. As if that wasn't enough, their pricing was extremely competitive and we feel confident that the job was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again and have already recommended them to several neighbors!

Nice and honest guy

After extensive research, we chose them to put a new roof on our home in 2012. They installed the roofing materials we selected, as prescribed by the manufacturer, to ensure we received a valid manufacturer’s warranty. Our skylights leaked in 2014. They were quick to come out and recaulk them. They obviously know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

During a home inspection of my house it was noted that I had hail damage and needed repairs done. They arrived promptly and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. Their pricing was very reasonable and when they completed the job they left everything clean and tidy. Would recommend this company.
