I finally got done with this nightmare. I contracted to have my home painted and porch updated with new railings. The sales man did not specify that we wanted colonial spindles, so we got plain square ones instead. The painting was a big mess. Our first so called professional painter sprayed the house without checking the prep work first. Because of this, the job took much longer than it should have. After complaining, the company did assign a competent painter who had to reprep the house and then repaint. I had a terrible time trying to contact the owner and never met him in person. I would not refer this company to my friends.
