I only had gutters on my garage (not very good gutters at that). Now when it rains, I literally go outside just to watch the water come out of the gutters. What a difference. I love my new gutters. The new gutters complement the color to my house perfectly and job was done in 1 day. The crew was outstanding and run like a well-oiled machine. I had them give me a quote. It was fair price and what I like best is that Elite Seamless Gutters explain the whole roofing process. They explained what and why they use the brand of roofing shingles. They only use the best quality shingles on the market. Also explained their roofing crew setup. Only 1 crew member is laying the roof and remaining crew members are prepping and staging shingles so the job run flawlessly. Elite Seamless Gutters show-up when they said they would. They clean-up and removed all garbage associated with the new roof and gutters. Elite Seamless Gutters even call after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the job they did. My exterior of my house is looks exceptional thank to Elite Seamless Gutters. I highly recommend Elite Seamless Gutters.

Shows up fast, professional, detailed, friendly, and got back to me quickly, especially during busy season... I had 3 companies to choose and I like him from right outta truck, you get that gut feeling. Gave me a price. I decided 1 week later hands down. Then following week I was scheduled, guys showed up on time. Did great job, cleaned up. I made them stop, and I fed them a hot lunch. They were polite and professional. I also forced them to take a tip for each of them, they said you fed us....I said buy gas, or flowers for wives or whatever. When you get people who come and do a good job you acknowledge them, not just with a check at end....but with respect, and admiration for quality work....every one does something, and it’s great to know when you hire a company they send people who take pride in workmanship. I live in a very old home with an old garage and an old patched over driveway. Having no plans to move in the next ten years, my wife and I decided that the time for an overhaul of the garage, garage floor and driveway was long overdue. For starters, I cannot begin to think that there is a contractor who is better suited to handle what my repair job through at John French and the Elite Seamless Gutters crew - who by the way are some of the hardest working, most professional, and honest guys I’ve ever employed. Elite Seamless Gutters and I signed a contract for what was a great price considering all that I wanted and needed done. Unbeknownst to John French was that my overhaul job would require a lot more work and effort on his part to get it completed to his high standard of quality construction and meet the deadline. I really don’t know where to start with the high praise, but here are a few highlights: 1) John agreed to have the work done in eight working days. In spite of weather challenges, the work was done as promised. 2) Additional gravel was needed for the new driveway due to what was found below the existing surface and to prevent spider cracking in a year or so. I gave him permission to do it right in spite of the fact that John practically apologized for having this unexpected expense. 3) I was in constant communication with John throughout the project via phone calls, texts, videos and photos. 4) Because I have an older home, there was an immense amount of customization work that needed to be done on the job. This challenge presented no obstacle whatsoever for Elite Seamless Gutters, however; it did require more of their time, but no more money from me. It’s just the manner in which these guys operate and do business. 5) The new double garage door with commercial grade opener, stone trim finish, perfectly level garage floor, and beautiful new drive are second to none. This project has increased my home’s curb appeal exponentially. I could go and on about how pleased I am with the results, but I can tell you what really sums it best for me - this morning with a fresh cup of coffee in hand, I walked around in my new garage and just stared in amazement. I had this feeling one other time in my life and that was 28 years ago when I took my daughter to Disney World. You will not regret hiring Elite Seamless Gutters for ANY home repair that you are considering.

Let me begin by saying that the price and installation service of Elite Seamless Gutters was very good, my husband and I were disappointed in the follow up customer service when it came to paying the balance of our bill. When the contract was signed my husband asked if we should pay the crew when the installation was complete, and he was told no. The work was completed on a Thursday and on Saturday morning I wrote a check to be mailed for our balance. I would say this is a fairly standard way to do business with someone who has provided a service for you. Before I could get the check in the mail Sarah from Elite Seamless Gutters was at my door asking for her money. Turns out someone from Elite had texted and called my husband 4 times. Since he had been working nights and sleeping during the day he had not responded, and I was unaware of these calls and text. I totally understand as a business owner you should be paid in a timely manner, but I feel you owe it to your customers to give them an opportunity to get the money to you. When I handed Sarah the addressed and stamped envelope with the check in it she said "oh, you already had it ready?". This made me feel as if they had been waiting weeks for payment, and I was the type of customer who does not pay their bills.

Ok, I'm serious when I say how great these guys are. My house is a monster, and it needed it all, which John and his guys did, in less then 3 weeks. I'm talking siding, sofitt, fascia, and my front porch. That needed to be jack hammered, and totally rebuilt. At one point we had 11 guys everywhere around house and garage. They completely tore off old wooden siding to start from scratch. Ken and Louis' worked tirelessly getting railing put up and that wasn't even part of the job. So thank you to John, Ken, Billy, Ron and Brain (keeping my eyes on you lol) and anyone else I missed. You will always be welcome to stop and enjoy your work with a glass of something cool on our beautiful front porch. Our house is the prettiest on the block or even town. And our front porch is breathtaking.
