Karol is fantastic. I had very high specifications for the work to be done on my house and Karol exceeded my expectations. His communication is phenomenal. He uses the best materials on the market, charges less than his competitors who quoted me for inferior materials, honored a coupon he did not need to, and lastly, did additional work above and beyond the quoted work and price just to ensure I was satisfied and that it looked nicer. The work done on my house was: roof, siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, and tuckpointing. 10/10 - I would recommend 4 Exterior to anyone.

While some other contractors failed to respond at all Karol answered the first call, called back when he said he would, started the job on schedule, and cleaned up when it was finished.
