Dan and his team are truly fantastic! We needed repairs after a sewage backup in our first floor bathroom/utility room. Right after sending my inquiry in, I was called within HOURS and got an estimate fairly quick. They worked with my insurance (who had been a pain dealing with up until I found M&M) and they quickly came to an agreement and work started immediately. These guys were so fast, and the job they did was phenomenal. My house looks so much better now than it did even before the damage! Mike and the entire team at M&M Construction are truly fantastic. We selected M&M to help refinish our basement last year and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We reviewed three bids for the project and not only did Mike come in with the best offer, but also the most detailed. He showed us that he understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish and was able to give us straight forward pricing and a solid timeline. The attention to detail they showed throughout the entire process helped prevent any surprises -- the work was completed on time and final results exceeded our expectations. A couple months later when we had to deal with the stress of a burst pipe, M&M was our first call and they came through for us once again. We look forward to working on future projects (big and small) with M&M and honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

We had M & M Construction complete our first floor renovation from the end of December 2016 to the beginning of March 2017. We moved our kitchen to where our dining room was and took down a few walls, moved a few windows, added ceiling lights and electrical outlets, repaired old plumbing and, well ... the list goes on and on. It was our first ever renovation and I am glad that we used M & M Construction to see us through this project. Nothing of this scope ever goes without a hitch but M & M solved any issues that arose professionally and efficiently. We had excellent rapport with the workers that were coming into our home. We lived in the house through the construction and were very happy that the workers were very thorough with their daily clean up before they left our house. One of the big things that we were concerned about was that the work would be started and completed within a reasonable amount of time, especially since we were living in the house while our entire first floor was involved with the renovation. We found M & M Construction to be consistent with their attention and time to our project. We really were very happy with their work ethic and the time that it took to complete our renovation especially since we began this just before Christmas. We were expecting some lag time over the holidays but there was very little down time. Overall, I can hostly say that M & M Construction made this a positive experience for us. So much so, that we have contacted them concerning additional home repairs and renovations! The fact that we are continuing our relationship with M & M Construction validates this 5 star review!
