Ted Z., owner of the company did some flat roof repair work for me . One metal flange was installed crooked and there was tar all over the white part of the gutters he installed. He will not honor the 10 year labor warranty, and refuses to come out and fix the problems. Work done in 2019. Hire him at your own risk.
I asked these roof inspectors to check my roof condition after the winter was over. They not only carefully checked if there were any stains outside my building that could suggest any roof damage, but also removed all the debris that could preclude the proper roof runoff.
