No call no show after confirming they'd show twice. They didn't answer any calls after missing the appointment, and didn't return calls for the messages I left.

Unfortunately a bad review here. I called to setup an appointment to check out a roof leak, due to snow Monday had to reschedule (i had to call them to reschedule as i never received a call as snow was falling), rescheduled for today no call no show for the appointment, it took 2hrs for them to answer after roughly 6 calls to find out the status, once they answered they asked to reschedule again. I wasted a vacation day to be there for the appointment. I would not recommend Naperville Roof Repair, I found someone else to go with.

Called two days ago about a leak. Were told they would come today. Have not even called to apologize and cannot get ahold of anyone from the office. Now 4.5 hours late to our scheduled appointment.
