Using O&M multiple times for projects and repairs, I've always received the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship from them. From start to finish on each project the kept me well informed and in the loop with the project. If something wasn't right, they always did their best to correct the issue. Only once have I had to wait longer than a week to get on their schedule and that was during a time when the storms were quite bad. Thanks O&M!!!

Friday's high wind made some damages to my roof. With Sunday rain and snow in the forecast, I called Mike, the owner, for help. He was able to squeeze me into his early Saturday morning schedules. I met Mike once before and knew how nice and knowledgeable he is. This time, Mike did the repair himself. I was there watching and experiencing how detail oriented he is. I already referred him to the owner of the next building, who had wind damages too. Mike, thank you for coming to rescue.
