These people are thieves, so beware. They pulled out of doing our job because they wanted additional money we received from our insurance company for another claim. Mind you, they never even started work on our house but was asking for more no at after they received a $10,000 check from our insurance company. They are money driven. They try to suck as much money from your I seance company as possible, never gives you an estimate. Was told the estimate is whatever the insurance company pays out. They are public adjusters. STAY AWAY!! Hire a reputable contractor to perform the work. Total they were getting over $20,000 to put a new roof onto our house, gutters, fascia, and siding. They don't use union workers, however my insurance company paid out assuming they were. So they were going to make a pretty penny off of us. They wouldn't do the roof on our garage. Said it would be an additional $2300. Worst mistake of my life ever dealing with these people. Then they had my husband sign a contract stating if we pulled out the get 25% of what our insurance company was paying out. They pulled out of the contract and these MF's took 25% of my insurance money then charged me for the permits they pulled. I DIDN'T CANCEL THE CONTRACT, YOU DID SO WHY IN THE HELL ARE YOU CHARGING ME FOR THE PERMIT?? I work in contracting so I know what you should and shouldn't do. You haven't heard the last of me. I'm sure they are out there scamming someone right now. They use the name Tom Sweeney (sounds made up) and Patrick Richard is the one who was doing all the fast talking. BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT LET THESE STORM CHASERS GET AHOLD OF YOUR ROOF!!!! OUR ROOF WAS INTACT BEFORE WE LET THEM FIX THE HAIL DAMAGE DONE TO OUR ROOF FROM YEARS OF STORMS. WE WERE NAÏVE AND IT SOUNDED LIKE A GREAT DEAL. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES!!! THEY RUINED OUR ROOF. WE HAVE HAD CHUNKS AND CHUCKS OF SHINGLES FALL OFF OF OUR ROOF. ALL OF OUR SHINGLES WERE INTACT BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN THE TEN YEARS WE LIVED AT OUR HOME WITH SHINGLES COMING OFF UNTIL THIS COMPANY TOUCHED IT!!! WE HAD TO HAVE OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA PATCH OUR ROOF COSTING US MORE MONEY!!! THE SHINGLES BEGAN FALLING OFF ABOUT 2 YEARS LATER AND THEY ARE STILL FALLING OFF IN 2017. WHEN I CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY HE TOLD ME IT WAS WIND DAMAGE. WIND DAMAGE DOES NOT CAUSE CHUNKS OF YOUR ROOF TO COME OFF IF YOUR ROOF WAS PUT ON ONLY TWO YEARS EARLIER. NO ONE ELSE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD HAVE CHUNKS OF ROOF MISSING!!!! HE KNEW THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. HE REFUSED TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION EVEN AFTER I HAD ANOTHER ROOFER SAY THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY HIGH NAILED THE ROOF AND DID NOT PUT ENOUGH NAILS IN THE SHINGLES. THE SHINGLES ARE FINE, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE WORKMANSHIP!!!!! DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE STORM CHASERS. DON’T WASTE THE CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE OR COMING OUT OF POCKET. YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT!!! IT WILL COST MORE TIME AND MONEY TO FIX THE MISTAKES THEY WILL MAKE!!!! WHEN THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR TELLING YOU THEY CAN FIX YOUR ROOF AND HAVE A GOOD DEAL FOR YOU TELL THEM NO AND CLOSE THE DOOR! DON’T LET WHAT HAPPENED TO US HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!! Update Sept 2017 I have come home two days in a row to find chunks or sheets of shingles in my front yard and this morning i woke up to find another sheet of shingles in my yard! Thanks Insured Contracting for ruining my roof and making more work for me!!!! If you would love the hassle of sheets of shingles falling off your roof and would also love to come out of pocket for thousands go with them.... If you would like the job done right and for your roof to last GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!
