I recommend Miller Sealcoating and Roofing. I needed to replace my roof (more than 20 years old, leaking water, rotted wood decking, telltale mold inside house ceilings) and I sought numerous quotes. Miller Sealcoating and Flat roofing gained my trust by pointing out that I don't need vents for my roof and gave me several options to save money such as reusing my metal coping. Nick and the team were very responsive. I also received a 20 year warranty on materials. I did pay more than the initial quote due to rotted wood supports that were built, replacement of a rotted wall that Miller Sealcoating and Roofing rebuilt that was out of scope from the original quote. Included in my quote was wood decking replacement.
