Thomas Roofing of Riverside Illinois replaced the roof on my home in the summer of 2008 with a 30yr guarantee on the shingles and 10yr guarantee on all workmanship. Recently I have had leaking in at least two different areas and fully expect to find more as the time passes. I called after discovering the first leak (approximately a month ago) and that call has gone unreturned. After discovering the second leak this morning I called again and have left another message. I will update this review accordingly dependent but at this point I would say that their work has been UNSATISFACTORY at best. Update #1-Received a call from business owner and have scheduled appointment for site visit on 08/22/2014 #2-Owner came out and promised to return in a week and correct issues but has not returned as of yet. Have spoken with him at least three times and each time has stated that "they would take care of it" without committing to specific day or time. Still waiting patiently for this business to deliver on their promise but have no expectations that they will. #3(last)-sent text as well as another call and no response-will gladly edit this if they ever show but at this point even if they correct the issues I would/will not go back to them.
