My experience with Omega Renovation was excellent. Everyone I met was professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up after every day of work to minimize the debris. The new roof looks great and after the heavy winter we just had, all is still perfect.

From beginning to end the communication and the work was excellent. The roof look great. They were there when they said they were going to be there and they cleaned up afterwards. I wish all contractors were as reliable. And I'm not even getting paid for this endorsement. I just appreciate a job well done.

Great customer service from overview of the roof issue and the roof replacement. Maggie was on top of the project beginning to end and the workers were great, too, especially when it came to making sure the property was cleaned - you would not have know they had been there.

Company claims to offer a free inspection, however are not interested in working with a client on a roof replacement unless they can see the insurance claim first and have disclosure to the full amount up front. I did let them know who my insurance carrier is and that our claim had been approved for a full replacement and they would be able to see all the claim details once they do their inspection and work estimate. That allows me to make a fair comparison of their inspection to that of our insurance companies and go from there. Once they knew I wouldn't give them access to the claim or amount until after their inspection they were very rude and had no interest in our business. It appears to be only about how much money they can get out of the deal and not about gaining a customer. We were considering some upgrades which would be an out of pocket expense so they lost a good opportunity. Terrible customer relations and work ethic.
