Mark called daily in an attempt to book my job. He would say "he really wanted this job" and I believed him. I thought that a guy that was this hungry for business would be attentive and available if/when needed. Things changed almost immediately after I gave him the first check. Mark came to the job only once after taking the money (and never got out of his truck), and it took him over a week to return my call after the job was started with the wrong materials. The crew didn't cover any of our brand new landscaping (which I stressed was important to be cautious of), left tools and materials where they lay on the lawn/driveway overnight. Did minimal clean-up of discarded materials, including nails all over the driveway. It was as if the whistle had blown to end the day and tools were just dropped as they walked off the site. There was a loud/vulgar argument among the crew that concerned several neighbors. Tools and ladders were thrown, and then they abruptly left the site. This job took more than 3 weeks to complete. After the hail storm, there were a lot of roofs being done. I watched as neighbor after neighbor had their homes completed in 3-4 days. And when the crews left, their lawns were clean... This is a very brief descriptions of the numerous issues experienced. There are a number of companies to consider for your next project……I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
