I would never trust these people to do anything for me. They can't even control the tenants in their rental properties, making it hard for homeowners around them to enjoy their property (e.g. barking dog, trampolines flying around in storms and hitting houses nearby then sitting in the neighbors yard for days, dog pooping in neighboring yards without being cleaned up). If they can't even manage to adequately control a tenant, how can they adequately direct any contracting venture?
