I contacted Paul for a roof replacement after 3 Kings Construction replaced several of our neighbors' roofs, and I'm so glad I did. Paul explained the roofing options available, outlined the process and materials step by step, and quoted a price lower than other roofers using the same materials--and with a much better warranty. During the tear-off and installation, the on-site crew leader (Fernando?) kept me updated on what was happening and what the next step was, and I was impressed at how thorough the cleanup was at the end of the job. Getting a new roof can be a daunting experience, but Paul and the rest of the 3 Kings crew made it easy by being so friendly, professional, and hard working.

Paul found a major error the insurance adjuster made and provided the proper documentation to our insurance company to amend our claim. 3 Kings price was not only the best of all the quotes we received, 3 Kings also provided a LIFETIME warranty on our roofing system! Amazing! The roofing crew arrived in the morning, completed the tear off and the replacement in 1 day. They were polite, clean and professional. We also were glad they used a trailer to collect the old shingles instead of a dumpster- no driveway damage from a heavy dumpster! Paul is an honest guy and goes above and beyond. I chose 3 Kings for my roof because two friends referred me. I am very skittish with contractors due to a couple of very bad incidents in the past. I can honestly say Paul and his crew are the absolute best. No question left unanswered, price was lower than most because it’s not overinflated like the rest. The warranty is fantastic and the job was done quickly and went without a hitch. The crew was great and very respectful. I highly recommend 3 Kings.

3 Kings Construction was such a blessing to work with. A previous roofer had screwed up some of the work that they did for our brand new roof and refused to take responsibility. We had continual leaks for five months. We were hesitant to commit to a new company and kept turning down the work. 3 Kings Construction not only provided us with a brand new roof at a price or lifetime warranty that you can't beat, they stayed on the job to make sure that no leaks happened again! They even applied a masonry coating to our chimney to make sure that we would never have another headache. They didn't stop there, they also replaced, re-stomped, and painted our family room ceiling where all of the water damage was. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and one-on-one style of service. We would use them again (but hopefully never need to).

Refreshing to have a contractor exceed what was promised and enhance our home with a high quality roofing system. The work was on schedule and at the price quoted; far below another estimate I had received. If you need a new roof I highly recommend 3 Kings construction, great people to deal with!
