Had a bad repair job done by another company so we called Mobleys to repair the bad repair. We had Mobley’s replace the entire front half of our roof which is now leaking. We contacted the company many times and have no solution. They also were poor at getting back with us. We have since had two other roofing contractors out to access the leak and quote us on a fix. Both contractors won’t do the work and say to contact original contractor. What a mess we are left with. Our roof is leaking so badly around the chimney we have to repair our drywall ceiling once the leak is fixed. We also need to fix the drip edge so the water from the roof access the gutter and doesn’t go between the gutter and the roof. Be careful who you use to do the work, they may sell you up front but in the end it is about them guaranteeing their work and immediately dealing with issues. To note, the roof was done in 2017.
